80 Light
1/2cEvaporated milk
1pkGerman chocolate cake mix
3/4cMargarine -- softened
1/3cEvaporated milk
1cNuts -- chopped
1cChocolate chips
  Caramels

Melt caramels and 1/2 cup evaporated milk and set aside. Combine cake mix, margarine, and milk. Press half of mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.

Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips over pan mixture. Place remaining mixture over chips and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
